Maaz reads this himself. There is no support team and no ticket system.
That address covers everything. Corrections and copyright notices and press questions and someone telling us a download button is broken. You do not need to find a different address for a different subject.
What To Put In Your Email
You do not have to follow this. A one line email is fine and we will still read it. But these three things turn a slow reply into a fast one.
- The page you are writing about. Paste the link. Saying “your PUBG article” does not narrow it down much.
- What is wrong or what you want. One sentence is enough.
- Your phone and Android version if it is a technical problem. A download that fails on a 2GB phone running Android 9 is a different problem to one failing on a new device.
A screenshot helps more than a description for anything visual. If a page looks broken then a photo of your screen tells us in two seconds what a paragraph cannot.

This is one person and not a company so a bad week happens. If you have not heard back in a week then send it again. It will not annoy us. It means the first one went to spam.
What We Cannot Help With
We are a fan site and not KRAFTON. So there are things we would fix if we could and cannot.
- A banned or locked game account. Only KRAFTON can look at this. We have no access to any account and no contact inside the company.
- A lost account or a forgotten login. Same answer. Use the recovery options in the game.
- A refund for UC or for anything you bought. That goes to Google Play or to Apple depending on where you paid.
- Free UC or skins or crates. There is no generator anywhere and there never has been. Any site offering one is after your account.
- Reporting a cheater. Use the report button inside the game. It works better than you think and we cannot pass it on.
- Getting the game unbanned in a country. That is a government decision and not a technical one.
For anything on that list go to pubgmobile.com and use the official support link there. In India use the BGMI support channels instead because it is a separate app with a separate publisher relationship.
Copyright And Takedowns
If you own the copyright in an image or a video or text that appears on this site then email us and it comes down. You do not need to send a formal legal notice first and we will not argue with you about fair use.

Press And Partnership
Happy to talk to press and to other site owners. Use the Press subject line.
Two things we say no to every time. We do not sell links and we do not publish guest posts that exist to carry a link. If your email is a template offering either then it will not get a reply and that is not rudeness. It is just the hundredth one this month.
We also do not accept payment for a review or a recommendation without labelling it at the top of the page. If that is a problem for your budget then we are the wrong site.
Why There Is No Form
Most sites put a contact form here. We deliberately did not and there are three reasons.
A form means collecting your name and your email into a database on our server. Email means your message sits in an inbox and nowhere else. Less of your data in fewer places is simply better and it is also why our privacy policy can honestly say this site has no forms.
A form also needs a plugin and a spam filter which is one more company handling your message. And forms break quietly. A plugin update fails and the form still looks fine while every message goes nowhere. An email address cannot break that way.

What Happens To Your Email
We keep your message so we can reply and so we have a record if the matter comes back later. We use your address to answer you and for nothing else.
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not have a mailing list. We do not pass your address to anybody and we do not sell it.
Copyright notices are kept as a permanent record because our DMCA policy requires it. Everything else is deleted once the matter is closed and in any case within about a year. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
If you want us to delete your email sooner than that then say so and we will.
